2. Arcade Usage2.1 Game Play
All claw machine games at Mirai Arcade are based on chance. Results cannot be altered or guaranteed.
2.2 Credits
All games require credits, which can be purchased at our credit station or added to your game card. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Misuse or tampering with machines may result in penalties, including being asked to leave the premises.
2.3 Prize Redemption
Any prizes won from claw machines can be collected immediately. Prizes are not exchangeable or returnable, except in cases where a prize is defective, in which case we will provide a replacement of the same or equivalent value.
3. Retail Purchases3.1 Products
Our retail section offers a range of products, including blind boxes, Gundams, figurines, and more. All items are subject to availability and may be limited in stock.
3.2 Blind Box Policy
Blind boxes are sold as-is and cannot be opened prior to purchase. Returns or exchanges are not allowed once opened, unless the item is defective or damaged.
3.3 Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.4 Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final and not eligible for return or exchanges.
4. Liability
4.1 Arcade Games
Mirai Arcade is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the use of our arcade games. Please follow all posted instructions and use machines at your own risk.
4.2 Retail Items
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of retail items sold at Mirai Arcade. This includes collectibles, figures, and other merchandise.
